Welcome to ProwSEO. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

ProwSEO operates as a marketplace that connects clients with professional digital service providers. We facilitate the discovery, selection, and payment process between clients and companies listed on our platform. ProwSEO is not a party to the service agreements between clients and providers.

To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

All payments processed through our platform are handled securely via Stripe. When you purchase a service plan, your payment is split automatically: 92% goes directly to the service provider and 8% is retained by ProwSEO as a platform fee. Prices displayed on the platform are in USD unless otherwise noted. All sales are subject to the specific terms of the service plan you select.

Service providers listed on ProwSEO are independent businesses. While we verify each company before listing them on our platform, ProwSEO does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any services delivered by providers. Disputes between clients and providers should first be addressed directly between the parties. ProwSEO may assist in mediation at its discretion.

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ProwSEO or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without express written permission.

ProwSEO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProwSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
